From the North:

Take Route 3 south to exit 5.
Go right off exit through 3 sets of lights.
After 3rd light go 1 1/2 miles to Jordan Road.  Turn left.
Forges Field is on the right.

From the South:

Take Route 3 north to exit 5.
Go left.  You will go through 4 sets of lights and follow the directions above.
