Due to the fact that tryouts were advanced to prior to these matches we have decided to allow teams to modify their rosters based on the tryouts. You may add players who have been added to the team for next fall season and drop players who have gone elsewhere.
Teams with changes will need to complete a tournament roster and have it verified by their league registrar. They will also need passcards. I will be notifying the league registrars that they will be hearing from some of you.

Girls: The 4 automatic qualifiers for D-1 will be SS Select (curently playing U14) Euro, SS Select-M, Liverpool
There will be one playdown game - Liverpool-B v Explosion-R whch must be played by June 11th. Liverpool is the home team and will supply the field. Please notify me by email when this is determined so I can supply the referees.
Match will be played 6/8 at 12:00 at Pappas.

No playdown games will be necessary
All teams must check in at the Pavillion by the turf fields before their first game with a roster, passcards, and all players dressed and ready to play at least 1/2 hour before their game.
Any quarterfinal, semi-final or final games tied at the end of regulation time, will play 2 overtime periods if necessary - golden goal will be used. If still tied, the game will be decided by kicks from penalty mark.
Tiebreak rules for the tournament are the same as regular season: head to head, goal differential, fewest goals allowed, penalty kicks
Below are the rules for use of Lancaster Fields Managers are responsible for making sure that this information is gotten to all their players and parents.
Rules for all spectators and participants
NO pets - pets are prohibited on all Mass Youth Soccer property
No noisemakers of any kind are allowed at the fields.
NO smoking – smoking is prohibited on all Mass Youth Soccer property - including the restrooms
**Tents must be secured with sand bags at all times. Wrapping your players’ soccer bags around the leg of the tent will not keep the tent in place when the winds cross the complex. Tents must not be left unattended.
Spectators are not allowed on the team’s bench side of the field. Only team officials with a “team official badge” will be permitted bench side.
Handicap parking is reserved for valid permits only. Parking attendants will log permit numbers and license plate numbers. We have limited handicap parking and it must be used for those who truly have the need. Please do not borrow "Uncle Joe's" permit! Police Detail Officers may check permits at the gate.
Warning: the State Police have a number of speed traps on both directions of Route 2. They have had a “field day” with soccer parents this spring....
WEATHER RELATED ISSUES
In the event that play must be suspended, AN AIR HORN WILL SOUND INDICATING SUSPENSION OF PLAY. ALL FIELDS MUST IMMEDIATELY BE EVACUATED. A SECOND ROUND OF BLASTS ON THE AIR HORN INDICATES PLAY WILL BE RESUMED.
The STORM SHELTERS are not to be used as picnic or team areas. The purpose of the shelters is to provide shelter from inclement weather.
The referee area is off limits AT ALL TIMES.
Any team leaving trash on the Complex will be charged a $50.00 clean-up fee payable before their CLUB plays their next game. This includes the parents' side of the field, warm-up and awards areas as well. Our goal is to keep our complex clean - not to make money. If you arrive at a field that has not been cleaned by the previous team/parents, you must advise a field marshal or a tournament staff member immediately. If this is not done, then you will be responsible for the trash.
Prohibited Activities on the Synthetic Fields:
The placing or erection of any structure or object which will cause the penetration of the synthetic surface
The use of chewing gum
The consumption of sunflower seeds or shelled nuts
The consumption of food or drink other than water

PLEASE USE EXIT 34 (Route 2) AS POLICE MAY RESTRICT ENTRANCE TO THE FIELD
The field complex is located just past the intersection of Old Union Turnpike & Lunenburg Road (RT 70). The field complex is best reached by connecting with Route 2. All of the major interstates (I-95, I-495 and I-190) intersect with Route 2. Please check a map to determine the best interstate to use to connect with Route 2. Please note: Mapping websites do not give accurate directions to our complex.
Route 2 West:
When approaching from Route 2, heading west, take exit 34. At the end of the exit (stop sign) take a left. Proceed to the next stop sign and take another left - this is Old Union Turnpike. Go approximately 1/2 Mile, the entrance to our property is on your right. There is a sign at the entrance. Go1/2 way up the hill and turn right. Continue straight ahead into the parking lot. Park and use the stairway to get down to the fields.
Route 2 East:
When approaching our Lancaster office from Route 2, heading east, take exit 34. At the end of the ramp (stop sign) take a left, this is Old Union Turnpike. Go approximately 1/2 Mile, the entrance to our property is on your right. There is a sign at the entrance. Go 1/2 way up the hill and turn right. Continue straight ahead into the parking lot. Park and use the stairway to get down to the fields.
Exit 34 is 6 exits past RT 495 heading west on Route 2
Exit 34 is less than 1/4 of a mile from the entrance to Route 2 once you leave Route 190 (it is just past the eye care building).
ROUTE 70 IS A STATE HIGHWAY. DO NOT PARK ALONG ROUTE 70.
